Kamienic\u0119 wzniesiono w latach ok. 1902-1903 dla Stanis\u0142awa Siehena jako budynek frontowy czteropi\u0119trowy, dwutraktowy. Oficyny poprzeczna i tylna s\u0105 jednotraktowe. Elewacja frontowa zosta\u0142a po 1949 r. pozbawiona wystroju [wg: J. Zieli\u0144ski,\u00a0Atlas dawnej architektury ulic i plac\u00f3w Warszawy<\/em>, t. 8, Warszawa 2002]. Detal zachowa\u0142 si\u0119 fragmentarycznie (jest mocno zdestruowany) w oficynach. Przetrwa\u0142y m.in. dekoracje wok\u00f3\u0142 otwor\u00f3w okiennych, \u017celiwne konsole balkon\u00f3w oraz kute balustrady balkon\u00f3w. Balustrada prezentowana na zdj\u0119ciu otrzyma\u0142a wype\u0142nienie z motywami ro\u015blinno-geometrycznymi, utrzymanymi w duchu secesji; zachowane s\u0105 tak\u017ce uchwyty na skrzynki z kwiatami. Na klatkach schodowych przetrwa\u0142y stolarka drzwiowa i okienna, supraporty, posadzki (ceramiczne\/cementowe), balustrady schod\u00f3w.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
